God of War III: Engine noch leistungsfähiger

Stig Asmussen, Director von God of War III hat in einem Gespräch mit destructoid.com auf der GDC 2010 erklärt, dass der Titel die verwendete Engine nur zu etwa 50-60% ausnutzt.

"Nun, ich glaube, unser Studio wird die God of War III-Engine wiederverwenden. Wahrscheinlich haben wir nur etwa 50-60% der Leistungsmöglichkeiten ausgeschöpft, da gibt es noch eine Menge, was wir damit anstellen können". Vielversprechend, schaut doch God of War III schon wirklich fantastisch aus!

Auch bei den Animationen soll noch eine Menge drinliegen. Asmussen ist der festen Überzeugung, dass der Code für noch bessere Animationen bereits vorliegt, dieser in God of War III aber keine Verwendung mehr fand, da er zu spät fertiggestellt wurde.
